True Value

A lot of marketing advice today stresses the importance of giving value to your customers.

Giving value to your customers through education, through content and through interaction.

Businesses follow suit and what you are left with is a bunch of annoying pieces of content that maybe add value but they don't add any true value.

True value is content that is authentic, something that people can't live without - content that they would miss if it were gone.

Content that is not content but that is art - something that is relevant, personalized and specific - not generic.

Are you creating true value or just value like everyone else?
