Transactional to Transformational

Most people just perform transactional change in their marketing.

They turn a non-customer into a customer. They increase their conversion rate through a new tactic.

The problem with transactional changes is that they are not that profound and are rather irrelevant.

If what Peter Drucker said is true, that the point of a business is to create a customer - then this isn't really inspiring or effective.

Marketing causes change to happen in customers and change in people doesn't come from transactions but rather transformations.

Transformations are sparked by having real empathy for the customer by creating deep emotional relevance inside of them.

In marketing you have to think in terms of transformations instead of transactions.
