It happens in every type of job.

We answer something over and over again that may seem common sense to us but its not common sense to our customer.

That is the curse of knowledge. The curse of doing something over and over again is that we forget what it was like not to know that thing.

When we say the answer for the thousandth time, we have to remember that they are in a different timezone than us - that they hearing the answer for the very first time.

Gather the commonly asked questions and worship them. New customers will tend to have the exact same questions or at the very least similar questions - you don't have to keep asking them or get tired of asking them.

It's okay to repeat yourself in marketing and to succeed - you have too.
