Framing is a popular technique in selling, marketing and dating.
The idea is sometimes about how can we establish authority or power over other people or how can we understand the different types of frames that people are in.
One of the exciting concepts of framing is that it gives us a mental shorthand to experience someone's life. That a person is either stepping into your frame of reality or you are stepping into theirs.
As marketers we can dance with this idea and ask ourselves when it is right for the customers to step into our reality and when we are suppose to step into theirs and explore the dynamic of switching back and forth between the two.
