The future of marketing will be the inverse of what people mistake it for today - which is advertising. Messages will be built around the idea of permission marketing but be even more relevant and personal then it ever has been. Another key element that it wont feel like marketing to the customer - it will feel integrated and become more of a way to add value to the customers life rather then to sell them.
